Typically, our minimum term is 12 months; the longer the commitment period, the more competitive we can get in our pricing!
Answering this question is challenging since very few orders are identical, meaning the onboarding and installation process can vary from customer to customer. We typically see customers coming online within 2-3 weeks from the initial contact, but if your request is more extensive or complex (such as a multi-rack configuration or suite), it may be longer. If you need a quick setup, please let us know, and we’ll try our best to expidite your request!
