24/7/365 availability of our in-house technicians to support your deployments, maximise uptime or facilitate international customers. Managed through our Network Operations Centre (NOC), we can deliver fast response assistance when you need it the most.
The following services can be delivered through our remote hands service offering:
- Providing full visual examination of all devices to assess equipment status
- Disconnecting network systems in the event of a network security event
- Rebooting routers, servers, or additional equipment
- Re-seating or replacing cables
- Remove power (AC or DC) from equipment
- Running new cables and cross-connects
- Replacing server components (drives, memory, motherboards, CPUs)
- Ad-hoc backup tape rotation
- Reception and escort of customers and sub-contractors in the facility
